WOCS Elite is an advanced course building on the Mimikresonanz® WOCS. It is designed for participants who already have a solid knowledge of the facial signal units and want to further sharpen their perception of extremely subtle facial movements.

The focus of this training is not on re-teaching recognition criteria. Instead, you train to reliably perceive familiar signal units even when they appear only as minimal tension impulses, brief positional changes, or barely visible micro-movements. The emphasis is consistently placed on observation at the individual threshold of perception.

WOCS Elite works systematically with very low intensity levels and with targeted comparisons of frequently confused signal units. This allows you to develop a refined sense of how the same signal unit changes across different intensity levels – and how it can still be recognized even in very subtle expressions.

As with the entire WOCS, the Elite course is based on a strictly objective observation perspective. Emotional meanings, interpretations, or contextual attributions are deliberately not the focus. The goal is to stabilize visual perception so that facial movements can be clearly seen, differentiated from one another, and precisely coded – even under demanding perceptual conditions.

The course is entirely practice-oriented. Extensive exercise sequences, intensity comparisons, and focused perception training enable you to deliberately strengthen your “observation muscle” and sustainably reduce typical confusion patterns.

WOCS Elite is an advanced training program and requires prior completion of the online course “Mimikresonanz® WOCS”. The signal units are not explained in detail again in the WOCS Elite course.
